- Kew Gardens - Otherwise
known as The Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew Gardens is an internationally recognised botanical research institution. The gardens have many different features including The Great Pagoda, a herbarium and library. - Madame Tussaud's - Madame Tussaud's is a world renowned showcase of incredibly life like wax sculptures. Madame Tussaud's has hundreds of wax figures of important figures from the worlds of politics, entertainment, sport and royalty. Madame Tussaud's is open to the public everyday of the year apart from Christmas day.
- Tate Modern - Part of the Tate group of galleries, London's Tate Modern has a variety of galleries and exhibitions, some of which are free to enter. Permanent displays can be found on the third and fifth floors with new exhibitions being showcased throughout the year. Work is currently being undertaken to add an extension to the London site. A glass pyramid is being designed by the original architects that made the Tate Modern, Herzog and de Meuron, due to be opened in time for the 2012 Olympics.
